The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) Directors to the Board.
This year, voting will be conducted electronically through TownSq. To participate in electronic voting, you must be registered on TownSq before the ballot opens.
Electronic Voting Period:
Wednesday December 18th
6:00am-11:59pm
A paper ballot will also be available on the day of the election at 6:45 p.m. for those who prefer not to vote electronically.
Candidates:
Please review the submitted candidate forms in TownSq, under digital voting, or attached below.
Voting Instructions:
Each property is entitled to one ballot. Votes are non-cumulative, meaning you may allocate only one vote per candidate. The total number of votes cast must not exceed two (2). You may also vote for write-in candidates either electronically or using the paper ballot.
Important Note:
Proxies will not be accepted for this meeting. A minimum of 10% representation of the ownership, either in person or electronically, is required to conduct the meeting.
