DR Horton is planning to acquire the remaining vacant duplex lots. They will offer two (2) duplex plans ranging from 1,571 to 1,790 square feet, offering three to four bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, a full basement, and an open living concept on the first floor. As of now DR Horton is planning to close on the lots in March 2021 and start construction shortly thereafter. We will share any additional information as we receive it.
