We recently learned Lennar is under contract to purchase and develop 180 townhomes (as it was zoned) on the vacant land north of Jones Elementary School. The Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association has NO jurisdiction or control over the development, transfer, or use of the land.
We will share any additional information pertaining to the Association as we receive it.
