Proposed Changes to Bylaws and Declaration

The Amendments Commission and Board of Directors have gone through our Bylaws and Declaration and have come up with the proposed changes to update our governing documents.  Please click below to read them.  You will see a yellow box next to each section that has a proposed change.  On the following page will be the numbered note that corresponds to each change.  The next step is having our association attorneys review these edits to create a ballot for the membership to vote on.  The goal is to have this ballot ready by late summer.  Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach us at info@lakwoodprairiehoa.com
