  • Wind-Damaged Vinyl Siding
Strong winds, flying debris, and wind-driven hail cause the most damage to the exterior of your home. Some types of damage warrant immediate attention. If your siding is broken, missing or has holes in it, it is no longer protecting your home from the elements and you need to get it inspected and replaced by a reliable contractor as quickly as possible.
  • Curbs
Since it doesn’t serve as a focal point of your yard, keeping the curb neat and tidy can be easy to overlook. But the point behind cleaning up your curb is so that it won’t be noticed and draw your eye away from the rest of the landscaping. It’s one of those small details that has a surprising effect on the big picture of the curb appeal of your home.
  • Blacktop Driveway Sealing
The sealing application is specifically formulated to shield against the harmful elements that lead to surface deterioration. Extend the life of your asphalt pavement and restore that like-new look at reasonable cost.
  • Ponds
Treatment of the water in the ponds is ongoing. The dye treatment of the pond has begun. This will help in blocking the sun's rays from getting to the bottom of the pond and thus help reduce the algae growth. The prairie grasses continue to be treated. Weeds are being removed and treated and healthy seeds have been installed. Homeowners are NOT allowed to mow past their property line onto HOA property. Homeowners living on the pond should reference their plat of survey if they are unaware of the lot line. Most lots can easily be determined by the utility boxes which are placed at the rear lot line.
  • Outdoor Storage Containers
Storage sheds can be purchased at multiple retailers or you can build your own. Suncast offers a storage shed.
