  • Trash Cans
    All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be stored in the unit’s garage. Legal Opinion on Garbage Can Rule
  • Mold

    Grass or weeds can’t exceed 8 inches on any parcel of land or lot in the City of Joliet. To report violations please contact the City’s Information Desk at 815-724-4000 or lodge an online Service Request.
  • Pets
    Please clean up after your pets in the common areas. Dogs should be in your yard or leashed at all times.
  • City of Joliet Electronics Recycling Program
    Joliet residents who pay for municipal waste on their water and sewer bills will are able to call and have electronics picked up from their homes free of charge. To schedule a pickup, either call 1-800-449-7587, email atyourdoor@wm.com or go to the website www.wmatyourdoor.com.
  • Request Street Light Maintenance

  • Parkway Tree Trimming
    Residents may request a tree(s) to be trimmed or removed here. Due to the number of trees in the City it may take several months for any action to be taken. Residents who wish to trim a parkway tree on their own shall request a permit from the city. All work shall be done by a certified contractor.
  • Wind-Damaged Vinyl Siding
    Strong winds, flying debris, and wind-driven hail cause the most damage to the exterior of your home. Some types of damage warrant immediate attention. If your siding is broken, missing or has holes in it, it is no longer protecting your home from the elements and you need to get it inspected and replaced by a reliable contractor as quickly as possible.

    Since it doesn’t serve as a focal point of your yard, keeping the curb neat and tidy can be easy to overlook. But the point behind cleaning up your curb is so that it won’t be noticed and draw your eye away from the rest of the landscaping. It’s one of those small details that has a surprising effect on the big picture of the curb appeal of your home.
  • Blacktop Driveway Sealing

    Treatment of the water in the ponds is ongoing. The dye treatment of the pond has begun. This will help in blocking the sun's rays from getting to the bottom of the pond and thus help reduce the algae growth. The prairie grasses continue to be treated. Weeds are being removed and treated and healthy seeds have been installed. Homeowners are NOT allowed to mow past their property line onto HOA property. Homeowners living on the pond should reference their plat of survey if they are unaware of the lot line. Most lots can easily be determined by the utility boxes which are placed at the rear lot line.
  • Outdoor Storage Containers
    Storage sheds can be purchased at multiple retailers or you can build your own. Suncast offers a storage shed.
