The 2024 Amendments to Declaration vote has closed. We did not receive enough votes to change the Declaration at this time.
The Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association Declaration Article 16 Section 16.3 requires a vote in agreement of 67% of unit owners to make any changes.
The Board is aware of the community's dissatisfaction involving the vote. We are committed to changes in the Declaration and will continue to work with the community. We are dedicated to ensuring all voices are heard, and we will explore new formats and ideas to hold another vote in 2025.
