The Annual Election was not held on December 9. 2020 as we did not reach the required quorum of 56 homes represented by proxy. Per the Declaration of Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association 10% of the homes/lots must be represented in person or by proxy in order to hold the meeting. Another meeting will be scheduled for 2021.
