Attention Homeowners: Please watch for information regarding your new account number and directions on how to set up Direct Debit with Associa. With the transition occurring, the Board of Directors would like to advise that late fees for the February 2024 assessment will not be assessed and late fees will resume beginning March 2024. Billing statements will be sent to individual homeowners as soon as the transition is complete. Please note there could be a delay in billing as we confirm all account information and addresses.
