To all Clubhouse Rentals:
Because of the heightened safety concerns we would like to remind and advise all Clubhouse rentals the Association is not responsible for any supervision, staffing, sanitizing or disinfecting of the Clubhouse before or after your rental. Renters are responsible for their guests, and the condition and cleanliness of the facility during their rental. Please consider this when renting the facility and bring with you the proper cleaning products, disinfectants and hand sanitizer for your guests. The Association will be evaluating daily the ability of residents to hold gatherings at the Clubhouse.
Please be familiar with the CDC safety guidelines. They have great, easy to ready information on their website which is updated frequently.
