CLUBHOUSE & PLAYGROUND:
The Clubhouse and Clubhouse playground are still closed until further notice. We are monitoring recommendations from the CDC as well as those of federal, state, and local officials to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
GUARDHOUSE ACCIDENT:
The demolition and removal of the guardhouse was completed. We are currently working with insurance to replace the structure.
WASTE MANAGEMENT:
Waste Management has temporarily suspended bulky item collection, such as large items outside the cart until further notice. Please relocate all uncollected items in the unit's garage until the service has resumed.
ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE:
Due to COVID-19 no date has been set at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify homeowners with any changes.
PONDS:
A high-mow was performed in place of a burn to limit demand on the fire department. The fountains were installed and several landscape improvements will take place over the next few weeks. See website for more details.
ATTENTION PET OWNERS:
Pets should always be on a leash while in public areas and cleanup of pet waste in common areas should be immediate.
