NOTICE OF UPCOMING VIOLATIONS:
The following violations will be issued warnings letters after 60 days:
-yard waste stored out of garage
-unsealed driveways
-faded trim/doors/shutters
-missing decorative elements (shutters/medallions/fascia)
-weedy, unkempt lawns
-mold/mildew
GARBAGE COLLECTION TIMES:
All items must be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the day of collection, but not prior to 6:30 p.m. on the day before collection. All emptied waste containers should be removed within 10 (ten) hours after collection.
NOTICE OF CRIME FREE PROCESSING FEE:
All rental units will be charged a $250.00 fee each time a new lease is generated or renewed to process the required Crime Free documents.
STORAGE SURROUND, ENCLOSURE & PARTIAL ENCLOSURE SPECIFICATIONS:
The structure may be 5ft in height, made from vinyl or wood materials and board to board or shadow box fencing. The preferred location is to be on the garage side as far towards the rear of the home as possible. The structure is to be no more than 4’ in depth from the home and no more than 8’ long. Posts must be buried 32” and set in concrete.
All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be stored in the unit’s garage.
ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATION VIOLATIONS
All exterior improvements require an architectural application. Any improvement performed without an approval or installation varies from approved application will be subject to the following fines:
Installation without approval: $250.00 fine.
Installation varies from approval: $100.00 fine.
INFLATABLE & TEMPORARY POOLS:
Inflatable pools are permitted, but subject to city and state guidelines. Please remove by 10/1/20.
ABOVE-GROUND POOL INSTALLATION:
5.10 Above-Ground Pools. The installation of an above-ground swimming pool within an Unit is prohibited unless such pool is decked and skirted and installed pursuant to plans approved by the RC.
Installation requires an architectural application to be submitted and approved prior to any work being performed.
ABOVE-GROUND POOL DECK & SKIRT REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 20% of an above-ground pool circumference must be decked and skirted to meet guidelines established by the RC.
CLUBHOUSE & PLAYGROUND:
The Clubhouse and Clubhouse playground are still closed until further notice. We are monitoring recommendations from the CDC as well as those of federal, state, and local officials to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE:
Due to COVID-19 no date has been set at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify homeowners with any changes.
ATTENTION PET OWNERS:
Pets should always be on a leash while in public areas and cleanup of pet waste in common areas should be immediate.
