Foster Premier has transitioned to a new payment processor. Part of this transition included the reissuing of all new account numbers. The Lakewood Prairie Board of Directors would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and all January late fees will be waived during this transition.
Depending on your payment method some homeowners will need to update their payment information. To ensure payments are received correctly, please review the various types of payment methods below to see if any action is required:
ACH AUTOMATIC ASSESSMENT PAYMENT:
No change or action required. You will NOT receive a payment book in the mail, the monthly assessment will continue to draft on the 10th of every month as normal.
PAYMENT BY MAIL:
No change or action required. You should have received a payment book with an updated account number, please continue mailing payments to:

ONLINE BILL PAY FROM HOMEOWNER BANK:
ACTION REQUIRED! You must delete and set up a new payee using your updated account number and the payment address listed below. Your new account number is located on the payment book. If you did not receive a book or cannot locate your new account number please contact Foster Premier at hmarek@fosterpremier.com or 815-886-4604.

ACTION REQUIRED! You will have to re-register and set up your preferred preferences for paying your assessments on the new payment processor located here. We would like to remind you that Foster Premier offers a free option for making payments. It is an automatic withdrawal of your assessments. If you are interested please complete the form here instead.
