The plan is to reopen the Clubhouse pool in 2021. Our approach to the pool reopening is to have the resident’s safety at the forefront without raising any additional cost to homeowners.
Opening during Phase 4 will have reduced pool hours to offset additional staff required for COVID-19 protocols implemented by the IDPH. Homeowners will be required to signup for limited time slots, and the pool will temporarily close in-between groups for disinfection. Masks will be required at ALL times except while in water. Additional information will be provided in Spring 2021.
