Redwood has withdrawn its application to develop the 22-acre site behind Jones Elementary School.
The two parcels of agricultural land are not part of the Homeowners Association, nor is this land owned by the Association. The 22-acre site has been approved and zoned for 180 townhouse units by the City of Joliet.
The Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association has NO jurisdiction or control over the development, transfer, or use of the land.
