POOL FOB MANAGEMENT

Please complete the following form to report a lost pool fob or switch between digital and physical fobs. The replacement and switch fees are listed on the form below and will be billed to the assessment account. Payment is due within thirty (30) days.

All physical fob replacements are mailed to the homeowner's address on file within 5-7 business days.

Homeowners with previously issued digital fobs do not have to renew access. Log into the Avigilon Alta Open (formerly Openpath) app. If you had set up your digital fob on an older device, the system will prompt you to "Resend Setup Email."
