Below you will find the 2022 approved budget. There was a small increase of $5.00 per month in the assessments. The assessment beginning January 1, 2022 will be $50.00 per month. This increase was necessary to cover the rising costs in all contracts and service agreements.
Every home except for those on autopay will receive a coupon book in late December for your assessments. If you are on auto-pay through Foster Premier, Inc your account will automatically update to the new amount.
If you have set up auto-pay through your own bank you will need to update the payment amount on your own.
