The Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association will be holding the postponed 2023 Annual Membership Meeting and Election of Directors at 7:00 p.m. on July 9th, 2024, at the Clubhouse located at 1200 Barberry Way, Joliet, IL 60431.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect three (3) Directors to the Board. The two (2) directors receiving the highest number of votes will serve a term of three (3) years. The one (1) director receiving the next highest number of votes will serve a two (2) year term.
Anyone who wishes to appear on the ballot must return the candidate form no later than June 24, 2024. The ballot and completed candidate forms will be available for viewing the following day on TownSq.
Electronic voting is available for all homeowners who are or will register on TownSq before the meeting date. Electronic voting will be from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm on July 9th, 2024. If you do not cast your vote electronically on TownSq, we ask that you attend the meeting in person.
Proxies will not be available for this meeting. A 10% percent representation of the ownership is required, either in person or voting electronically, to hold the meeting.
