The bike path is maintained by the Joliet Park District. Owners of the adjacent property (east side of Barberry) are encouraged to remove snow from sidewalks and public walkways. Since a large majority of the adjacent land is still undeveloped (not owned by the Association) it has been proposed the Association assume the responsibility to clear the entire 47,077 sqft of bike path at a cost of $2,385 per occurrence. This will be voted on at the March Board of Directors meeting.
