The Clubhouse Pool is now open everyday from 11:00AM to 7:00PM. Homeowners who are current in their assessments, have previously completed a pool application and received a pool fob will be able to fob into the pool anytime during those hours.
Food, guests and single person floats are now allowed. Please see Pool Rules for more information.
All guests must be signed in at www.lakewoodprairiehoa.com/guests. Each household may have a maximum of 4 guests per day, due to allowable pool capacity and pool staff’s discretion. All residents and their guests must obey the pool staff’s instructions. Guests of residents may use the pool only when accompanied by a resident owner.
PHASE 5 GUIDELINES
Unvaccinated persons should wear a face covering and maintain six feet social distance while in the building.
Unvaccinated persons may choose not to wear a face covering when able to maintain a six foot social distance while outdoors.
All unvaccinated persons should wear face coverings in crowded settings, both indoors and outdoors, especially when youth are present.
