The Crime Free Leasing Policy becomes effective May 1, 2019. All lease agreements signed prior to this date are exempt through term of the lease or for one year from this policy date, whichever occurs first.
Owners are immediately responsible for providing the Association with a current Resident Information Form and signed copy of lease. Owners are also responsible for providing their tenants with information regarding this program and letting them know that crime will not be tolerated in Lakewood Prairie.
Owners will be required to provide lease applications and criminal background checks to the BOD no less than 10 days prior to occupancy of any unit.
