Declaration Survey 2021
Over the past 4 years, the Board of Directors have heard the residents. Many of you would like to see some of the Declarations changed.
As in the past, we are providing Residents an opportunity to weigh in on which Declarations they would like to go to a vote for a change.
In order to make any amendments to the Declarations, we must have 67% of the households in favor of the change. Before we can move forward in this process, we would like to see a minimum of 67%, or 371 of households, vote on the Declaration survey.
One submission per unit. All submissions must be received by September 1, 2021.
