The 2020 Declaration Survey has closed. Unfortunately, we did not receive enough homeowners completing the survey to initiate a formal vote. The Declaration requires all changes have an approval of sixty-seven percent (369 homeowners) of the Units to amend any article. A total of 143 homeowners completed the survey this year.
We will publish the survey again next year in hopes that enough homeowners are willing to support the suggested changes to the Declaration.
