The attempt to amend Declaration article 5.9.1 Permitted Type and Heights has not obtained the approval of sixty-seven (67%) of the Units pursuant to Article 16.3 of the Declaration. John voted in favor of the proposed amendment, but we did not receive enough individual homeowner votes required for approval. Corner lot units in violation will receive a separate notification and no fence is required to be removed, only relocated to the original Declaration requirements.
