Important Payment Updates 2024 - Updated

FEBRUARY ASSESSMENT-

Homeowners will need to submit a one-time payment via check or by the Associa's Town Square App (requires processing fee) for the February Assessment ($50.00). No late fees will be assessed for the February payment.


ACCOUNT HISTORY, BALANCES, & CREDITS-

All account history, balances, and credits will migrate to your new Associa account. We anticipate this transfer to be completed in early March. 


Accounts with existing credits in surplus of the monthly assessment will not need to submit an additional February payment. Once the transfer is complete, the February assessment will be deducted. No late fees will be assessed for the February payment.


ACCOUNT BALANCE REQUEST-

We are unable to provide account balances at this time. Once the accounts have migrated, all balances and previous transaction history will be updated. We anticipate this transfer to be completed in early March. 


NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS-

A letter has been mailed containing new account numbers and an Associa Direct Debit form. Separately, all homeowners will receive coupon books from Assoica for the 2024 assessments. Coupon books were mailed out to owners on 2/26/24.


NEW PAYMENT MAILING ADDRESS-

Payments can be mailed as a check or money order, payable to Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association. Mail your check to:

Please include your new account number on any mailed payments, and enclose a payment coupon whenever possible for the fastest processing.


DIRECT DEBIT SET UP-

The Associa Direct Debit form must be received and set up prior to 2/20/24 for the MARCH assessment. You must include a voided check (photos are accepted) or a letter from your bank that includes your full account number and routing number. Payments will come out of your bank account between the 4th and the 8th of each month.


FORMER ACH AGREEMENTS (PAPER FORM)-

All ACH agreements with Foster Premier have been terminated. Homeowners who have a bill-pay service set up through their bank will need to terminate the agreement.


FORMER RECURRING PAYMENTS (ONLINE HOMEOWNER PORTAL)- 

Recurring payments set up with the Foster Premier Homeowner Portal have been terminated effective 1/31/24. An earlier communication indicated homeowners must log in and manually terminate the recurring payments, but that was incorrect.


For homeowners who had recurring payments processed in the Foster Premier Homeowner Portal prior to 1/31/24, the payment will migrate to your new Associa account. This will be completed in early March.
