The Association management company will switch to Associa on February 1, 2024. January's monthly assessment will be the last payment sent to Foster Premier.
After the January assessment is withdrawn, all current ACH agreements with Foster Premier will be terminated. All homeowners will receive communication to sign up for ACH with Associa later in the month.
Homeowners who have a bill-pay service setup with their bank will need to terminate the agreement after the January assessment.
