ABOVE-GROUND & IN-GROUND POOLS:
All pools need to have an architectural application completed and returned along with a copy of the plat of survey. Above-ground pools must include plans showing the decking and skirting. They must have a deck at least 20% of the circumference of the pool and be skirted. The deck and skirting have to be installed within 60 days of the pool installation. *Applicable warnings and fines per CC&Rs may apply.
INFLATABLE & TEMPORARY POOLS:
No architectural application or decking is required for inflatable or temporary pools. Please remove inflatable and temporary pools by 10/1/22.
