2024 SEASON:

Saturday, May 25, 2024, to Monday, September 2, 2024

DAILY HOURS:

11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

 

ABBREVIATED HOURS:

May 28 to May 31: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

August 12 to 16: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

August 19 to 23: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

August 26 to August 30: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

RESIDENTS WHO RECEIVED A DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL FOB IN 2023 ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A NEW POOL APPLICATION. 


POOL FOBS:

Residents who received a digital or physical fob in 2023 are not required to complete a new pool application. Digital and physical fobs will reactivate on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

 

PAST DUE BALANCES:

For Memorial Day Weekend access, any past due balance must be paid in full by Monday, May 20th, for fob reactivation. Account payments received after this date will not have their fobs reactivated until Tuesday, May 28th.

 

UPDATING RESIDENT INFO:

Homeowners who need to update resident members of household or email addresses for digital fob users, please complete a DIGITAL APPLICATION and select the correct application type.


POOL APPLICATIONS, RULES & FAQ

Online applications, pool rules, and a helpful FAQ are located on our website at the link below. The PDF application can be completed and emailed to info@lakewoodprairiehoa.com. It can take up to 5 business days to process applications once they are received. Physical fobs are mailed to the address on file. Each household must elect to be issued one (1) physical fob OR a digital fob accessible via smartphone.

 

While completing an application, you may elect to receive digital fobs. The door system allows residents to use a smartphone for entry. Each adult member of a household may receive a digital fob for access.


DIGITAL APPLICATION

Homeowners may complete a DIGITAL APPLICATION for faster processing.

 

You must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID with your current Lakewood address for any adult member not on the title. Supplemental documents may be used for address verification. Multiple files may be attached to the digital application. 

 

Eligible homeowners who elect to receive the digital fob will receive an email from Avigilon Alta within five (5) business days of applying with instructions to install the digital fob.


DIGITAL FOBS

Each household must elect to be issued one (1) physical fob OR a digital fob accessible via smartphone. Digital fobs require a smartphone and are provided for each adult member of the household. The pool door may be unlocked using the OpenPath app. If you elect a physical fob, one (1) new card will be mailed to the address on file. Additional fobs are not available.

 

POOL GUEST

All guests must be signed in at www.lakewoodprairiehoa.com/guests. Each household may have a maximum of 4 guests per day, due to allowable pool capacity and pool staff’s discretion. All residents and their guests must obey the pool staff’s instructions. Guests of residents may use the pool only when accompanied by a resident owner.


LOST FOB?

Lost fobs may be reported online. A replacement fee of $25.00 for a physical fob will be billed to the assessment account. There is no fee for a digital fob.
