The two parcels of agricultural land within Lakewood Prairie Subdivision are not part of the Homeowners Association. We have NO jurisdiction over their development, transfer, or use of land.
The area North of Jones Elementary School is zoned for 180 townhomes. Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods is tentatively planning to build 153 single-story apartment homes in this area.
The development would include heavy landscape buffers along its Lakewood Prairie neighbors on Stonecrop and Barberry. Redwood has expressed a desire to be a great neighbor here within the Lakewood Prairie Subdivision.
