Homeowner - 10 Hour Clubhouse Rental

Service Description

The Clubhouse offers seating for over 40 guests with six (30x60") dining room tables, in addition to sofas and chairs. The Clubhouse also features a complete working kitchen with a countertop bar and seating. Additional amenities include a working fireplace, wifi, television, complimentary folding tables, and folding chairs. The Clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 75 people.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a rental request must be made electronically through an email to info@lakewoodprairiehoa.com at least 30 days in advance of event date to receive a refund. All cancellations will be charged a non refundable service fee of $7.55 per booking. The applicant will forfeit the entire rental fee if cancellation is made less than 30 days from the rental date. Change of date request must be made electronically through an email to info@lakewoodprairiehoa.com at least 30 days in advance of event date. The new date cannot be more than twelve (12) months from date of request.
