Lakewood Prairie residents who are current in their assessments are eligible for pool membership. All homeowners must submit an initial pool membership application to receive a pool key fob. All forms are available online.
Opening the pool door or allowing other residents to enter will result in both parties losing pool privileges.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (an adult is considered to be 18 years or older) at all times.All guests must be signed in.
Guests of residents may use the pool only when accompanied by a resident owner. Maximum of 4 guests allowed.
Violations of ANY rule may result in a warning or in suspension of privileges. BOD will evaluate each violation on a case-by-case basis.
